Currently we are running WordPress 2.9.2. And the latest WordPress 3.0 beta is available for beta testing, you can download it from wordpress homepage and test it in your current blog site. With the latest wordpress 3.0, there is some improvement to the admin control panel. And there is the merging of wordpress with wordpress MU. Creating smaller blogs from the main blog site is going to be one extra feature for your normal wordpress site soon. WordPress MU allows you to create blog site for your user, managing their own blog site, and the future wordpress blog will be supporting this additional feature.
We haven’t tested the latest wordpress 3.0 in our Fatcow review blog, cause its still an early beta release. We are waiting for the official release, and hopefully we can test it out the soonest and write some review for it as well.
