Today, our Fatcow hosting plan is facing some problem and down for 10 minutes time. Desperate, we initiate the live chat with Fatcow support and inform them of the hosting service downtime. Hi I have tried several times to renew my domain but cannot get on . Can you help me as it will not acknowledge my password. I have had mixed messages also saying it is overdue and then messages saying it is paid ??? Totally confused

hi Glennlyn,
first thing you can do it to login your fatcow account and check the domain central, you can verify the domain status right the way. Tick the domain, and click the modify selected domain, and then you can choose to renew the domain name from there. This is for domain that you register via fatcow. If you have domain registered elsewhere, you need to have them checked via their control panel instead.
If you need to double triple confirm, you can contact fatcow support team for assistant.

I try to cancel my account but always got the same page
New password, but doesn’t accept any
Do you do it in purpose as I can’t cancel it so you can bill me once more

Optionally you can use your fatcow vdeck to do this.
Go to Account Management > Account Renewal > tick the do not renew my account option.
