I currently have my sites hosted with lunarpages and one of them
is a cubecart store site. I consider to switch to fatcow.
Here is my question: If I switch to fatcow can I use the shared ssl
with cubecart? And how would I have to configure it?

the answer is directly visit the https:// URL.
for example https://www.fatcowreview.org/
for example our site, the shared SSL is work on *.fatcowreview.org
if you are using firefox, you will be prompy to add exception for the https cert for the domain, proceed adding it to firefox. And later you will landed on your https page.
hope these help.
